Well for Lugia, Psychic, Areo blast, thunderbolt and ummm.... Since I can't think, you choose!
Ho-Oh: Sacred fire, Fly, Flamethrower and thunder!
Suicuine: ummmm...... Hydro pump, rain dance, water pulse and Surf!
Entei. Oh a fire Pokemon. I have to say Charizard is the best fire type out of every pokemon. If you insist on keeping it, give it: Fire blast, Flamethrower, a move thats not weak to rock types and Cut! I know cut's a rubbish move but I'm not with it today and I can't think of anything better.
Raiku: Thunder, Thunderbolt, a HM and a move thats not weak to rock.
Celebi: Psychic, aromatherapy, synethsis and err a move of your choice!

You can get these Pokemon by gameshark. Simple and easy as that. Thats how I got mine.
