Roaming around Kanto once you've obtained the National Pok�dex. You'll see Raikou if you started with Squirtle, Entei if Bulbasaur, or Suicune if Charmander.

You can only get one depending on your Starter Poekmon, and is found randomly.

You can only get one, and you have to beat the leaguw and have over 60 Pokemon plus talk to Oak to get your Pokedex upgraded, also it depends on the Pokemon which is your Starter.

It depends on which Starter you choose,the lengendary dogs can be found any wheres but on the water and in caves and on islands,they can be found in tall grass and in short grass.

Their location changes every time you switch towns, go to a different toute, use the Move Fly, (Not in Battle) and go through a door.
