Question for Pokemon FireRed
In my game I'm at the part where I have to fight the 2 team rocket guys to enter and get the ruby I can't go in 'cause the to team rocket guys don't want to fight me.
P.S.I passed the Pokemon league twice.

Talk to Celio on island 1 inside the Pokemon center thats the way the rockets will battle you

Thats because you need to talk to Oak and update your Pokedex. But you need to have 60 or more Pokemon before he will update it.
