How do catch the legendary dogs without a master ball (u wont necasary catch them it will be actuly posible) A
Get a Pokemon like woberfet or a Pokemon that knows Mean look Eg: a sable eye from Hoen

You just do the same thing you to do catch a normal Pokemon,just weaken it then when you find it again do the same,then when it it weak enough then use a Ultra Ball.

All you need to do is weakin the legendary dog down. Then try finding it once again use a Pokemon that can trap a pokemon. Try using Goldbat it knows the move mean look it can keep a Pokemon from escaping.
