In the grass just before you Surf to the new Unown ruins, it may take some time but you'll find him eventually. Also, you can find Onix there, and memory serves me correctly, Skarmory but I don't know for sure, I'm doing this from memory.

Larvitar is found in Seavault Canyon. He might be a little rare; just be patient.
