Question for Pokemon FireRed

Yo I have a problem I don't seem to be able to find the second password for the rocket base where do you find it nad can I get a list of Pokemon that evolve with trading that require items

AND PLEASE HURRY

You get the second password in Dotted Hole when the scientist that blocked the door before you beat the rockets in Icefall Cave snatches the Sapphire off you

Well you get the second password from the Dotted Hole (where you get the Sapphire(you need Cut)).

Scythor-Scizor (metal coat)
Onix-Steelix (metal coat)
Porygon-porygon2 (up-grade)

I don't know the password but I know most of the pokemon.
Here:
Onix + Metal Coat = Steelix
Scyther + Metal Coat = Scizor
Seadra + dragon scale = Kingdra
Slowpoke + kings Rock = Slowking
Poliwhirl + Kings Rock = Politoed
Porygon + Up-Grade = Porygon2
That is all I know...... Hope I helped you

The second password comes from the Scientist when he snatches the Sapphire from you in the Dotted Hole in Ruin Valley on Island 6.

Further to my previous answer:

Seadra evolves into Kingdra when traded with Dragon Scale; Slowpoke evolves into Slowking and Poliwhirl eveolves into Politoed if traded with King's Rock attached; Porygon evolves into Porygon2 with Up-Grade; Scyther evolves into Scizor and Onix evolves into Steelix when Metal Coat is attached; Clamperl evolves into Huntail with Deepseatooth attached or Gorebyss with Deepseascale attached.

You have to defeat the rockets in Icefall Cave and get the password, then go to Dotted Hole and Cut the door down. The gem is in there.

You can get it at the Dotted Hole on island 6.
