You can't get munchlax in firered. You can only get it by trading from diamond or pearl, which should be coming out soon.

I Think You Can Get Munchlax Like Me , Just Get Lax Incense In Lost Cave On 5 Island And Let Sorlax Hold It Then Breed Your Male Sonrlax And Female Snorlax Then After A Few Steps Or Minute Get The Egg And Let It Hatch it's Surely A Munchlax =]

Obtain the Lax Incense (or Lax Tag) from the Lost Cave near Chrono Island. The incense grants the player more breeding options, leading to a greater number of rare offspring.Obtain a male and female Snorlax.Give the female Snorlax the Lax Incense and place both Snorlax Pokemon in the daycare on Six Island.
