Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have two questions...
1) I have a Mew and a Deoxys and they don't listen to me. I have all eight badges.
2) I have an eonticket too, but can't use it. HELP ME...Plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1)You cheated to get them, right? In such cases, they won't listen to you, you have to get them honestly.
2) Eon Ticket is not for Fire Red, it's for Emerald.
