Question for Pokemon FireRed

1.Please can someone tell me how to get the magic muffler on any of the Pokemon games.ive been trying for ages,and can't get it.

2.Rate yet Another Team.This is another team I have made.
Milotic Lv100-Hydro Pump,Attract,Safeguard,Ice Beam.
Dodrio Lv100-Tri Attack,Drill Peck,Aerial Ace,Fly.
Scizor Lv100-False Swipe,Slash,Swords Dance,Aerial Ace.(Pokemon Catcher)
Lugia Lv100-Aeroblast,AncientPower,Hydro Pump,Fly.
Gyarados(shiny) Lv100-Earthquake,Dragon Claw,Hydro Pump,Fire Blast.
RegiSteel Lv100-SuperPower,Zap Cannon,AncientPower,Metal Claw.
Yes,I know that I use Aerial Ace a lot,but it's accurate,and is pretty effective at Battle Tower.

TEAM 2-
Venusaur Lv100-Solarbeam,Sunny Day,Frenzy Plant,Giga Drain.
RegIce Lv100-AncientPower,Ice Beam,ThunderPunch,Mega Kick.
Zapdos Lv100-Drill Peck,Charge,Thunderbolt,Thunder Wave.
Moltres Lv100-Fire Blast,Sky Attack,Fly,Heat Wave.
Mewtwo Lv100-Psychic,Mega Kick,Fire Punch,ThunderPunch.
Dragonair Lv100-Fly,Dragon Claw,Surf,Fire Blast.
Yes,i know they are nearly all flying,but no ground attacks can hit them(Earthquake etc.)

TEAM 3:
Typhlosion Lv100-,Aerial Ace,Fire Blast,Flame Wheel,ThunderPunch.
Jirachi Lv100-Doom Desire,Psychic,Shadow Ball,Wish.
RegiRock Lv100-AncientPower,Rock Tomb,Rock Slide,Earthquake.
Crobat Lv100-Air Cutter,Sludge Bomb,Aerial Ace,Shadow Ball.
Articuno Lv100-Ice Beam,Blizzard,Fly,Agility.
Tyranitar Lv100-Earthquake,Crunch,Fire Blast,Surf.

Some People said on previous posts that putting Regis in my teams would make them better,so I have took there advice,so tell me if they are right,and please suggest movesets,as some people just say "get rid of XXX",and I can't think about replacing them without a suitable replacement move.

Good but I wod get aril ace and teach typlosin flamefrower and tyranitar get rid of crunch and teanh him thunderbolt

Milotic teach it Surf
Gyarados replace fire blast with flamethrower

Team 2. 6/10
Dragonair should be a dragonite with flamethrower, ice beam, thunderbolt, earthquake

Team 3. 5/10
Typhlosion airial ace thats new replace fire blast with flamethrower
Articuno replace blizzard with mind reader and agility with sheer cold
Tyranitar replace fire blast with flamethrower

Go on Pokemon Red
First thing to do: Release all your Pokemon except the weakest.. (me? All of my Pokemon is Level 100.. So it's worth it)
Second thing to do: Challenge Elite Four. You should win it! And also.. This cheat will work fast if you wont use any healing items. Dont forget! Challenge elite four 10 times!
Third thing to do: Trade with a friend. Trade your weakest pokemon. Your friend must give you a Rattata holding a Iapapa Berry.
Fourth Thing to do: Use VS Seeker. Challenge all the trainers you meet from Pallet Town upto the Sevii Islands.
Fifth Thing to do: Catch a Dratini (you can catch it in Safari Zone).
Sixth Thing to do: Train Dratini until it Evolve to Dragonite.
Seventh thing to do: Make Dragonite hold a Salac Berry.
Eight Thing to do: Challenge Elite Four 5 times
Ninth Thing to do: Go to Prof.Oak.. Then use Fly 3 times.
Last: Trade your Dragonite. The Salac Berry it holds will became a Magic Muffler.
Q: What does Magic Muffler do??
A: It makes your pokemon's Experience move fast. For Example. Your Squirtle holds a Magic Muffler.. Squirtle is at Lv.5.. After battling.. Your Squirtle will be Lv. 97.
For confirmation, SmallAnt actually did this and got it.
