Can somebody tell me what I need to after beating team rocket to get Lori to go to the elite four again

To get Lorlei back to E4, you need to go to Island 4,go in the ice cave, and battle the rockets there,and you will see her.talk to her, and she will go back to Indigo Plateau.

On island 2 there is a ice cave go in side the cave and beat Team Rocket and she will return to the Elite Four.
