How do evolve a feebas??
I read that he/she evolve if you beauty maxed but what does it means?

Feeding it enough berries with the Dry condition to raise the Beauty level in the pentagon in the Pok�Nav's Condition screen for that Pok�mon up to the border.

Try useing pokeblocks thats what I did and it worked.

In order to Evolve a Feebas, you must first Trade it to Sapphire , Ruby , or Emerald version. Then, like the other answers suggest, you must max you it's beauty stat using dry pokeblocks. It will evolve after you raise it a level, either in the Sapphire , Ruby , or Emerald version you traded it to in the first place, or in your Fire Red or Leaf Green version.

In PKMN Liquid Crystal Feebas Evolve into a Milotic by the happiness system. You must raise it happiness to the maximum "It looks really happy! It must love you a lot" and then gain one lvl
