Go into Lost Cave and traverse through the rooms in this order after the first: right, up (down for the Lax Incense), down, down, right, left, down, right (left for the Sea Incense), up. Do it again to get a Silk Scarf.

To find Selphy you have to go into Lost Cave and go in these directions I will also put in the directions to get items.in order here they are
Right, up (down for the Lax Incense), down, down, right, left, down, right (left for the Sea Incense), up.
