I have 3 questions. 1.Where do you get the ruby and sapphire I can't find..

1. Ruby = in Mt. Ember, Sapphire = Dotted Hole.

2. Beat the Elite Four once, beat the Rockets from Icefall Cave and give the Ruby and Sapphire gems to Celio.

3. Arcanine: not very good. Rock Smash sucks for a start, and the other mves aren't that good either save for Flamethrower.

Lapras: pretty good, but Hydro Pump can fail to be helpful sometimes.

Hitmonlee: Endure? Get rid of it, Hitmonlee is best for offence, not defence.

Zapdos: get rid of Fly for Thunderbolt, drop Drill Peck for Hidden Power.

Nidoking: you'd be better off with Gengar, Shock Wave is rubbish for Nidoking because of his rubbish Special Attack. Keep him physical if you want to keep him.

Hypno: Hypno isn't very good to be honest. Nice moveset but Alakazaam with Psychic, Calm Mind, Psybeam and Recover would be better. Still this Hypno is one of your better pok�mon.

Rating: 4/10 since I'm a nice guy. Where the hell is your Starter? You need one because you have some bad choices.

You've got some pretty bad moves. Rock Smash, Endure, Detect, Shockwave (should not be on Nidoking, Dig (should not be on Nidoking), Doouble Kick, and Poison Gas are all not very good moves.
