I can't find the saphire!!Where is it?

Go to Island 4 and kick the Rockets out of the Icefall Cave. Then, go to Six Island and go to the Dotted Hole in the centre of the Ruin Valley to the south (use Cut to enter). Fall down the hole and then fall down the one upward, then the one leftward, then the one rightward, and then the one downward. At the bottom is the Sapphire, but as soon as you find it, a Scientist will snatch it.

Go to Island 5 and go to the Rocket Warehouse (the Scientist gave you the second password). Manoeuvre through the warehouse until you come to the Scientist. Defeat him to get the Sapphire.

Boot the rockets out of Icefall Cave on island four then go to the Dotted Hole on island six and you have to guess which way is the right way to go because you have to go down these holes and when you find the Sapphire someone will take it to the Rocket Warehouse on island five he will give you the second pass word.
Defeat all the rockets in there then him and you get the Sapphire

I went to the where hows but when you follow the arrows
you always end up at the same place .

And I heard from somehwere that a female rocket
should switch the tiles but HOW!!!!!!!!!
