Iv'e betin the elite four got the natinal deck and I still can't get into the unknown dungan!!! How do I???

You need to return the Ruby and Sapphire plates to Celio on island one and help lorille out in the cave on island 4

You need to find the Dotted Hole door. Once you find it, either 6 or 7 island, use Cut on the door an' it will open. Then, solve the rock puzzle inside. That should make the Unown appear.

Its simple my friend. You must defeat the Elite 4 and get the Ruby and Sapphire for Celio at 1 island.
