Is there anyway to get Mew on any of these Pokemon games?

Question for Pokemon FireRed
Is there anyway to get Mew on any of these Pokemon games? Emerald, R/S, or FR/LG or even Colluseum? I mean without cheating or anything, is there a special ticket maybe? Im going to go to the next one I can to obtain Lugia, Ho-oh and Deoxys anyway.
How can I get a Jirachi or Celebi on any of these games aswell? Are any of these possible off any special disc or maybe you can catch them in Colluseum?
Any info would be great

Well I think you can capture Mew on Emerald but that is the only one, without cheating of course.
You need an AR I'm afraid for Deoxys.
You can use the bonus disk for jirachi though.

On Emerald get the Old sea map and you will be able to go to another island where you can find Mew. But to battle it first you must play hide and seek with it.
