Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hiya, first off, thanks ShadowGX, you are the greatest, can anyone advise any improvements on my current Pokemon team, I have other strong Pokemon, some higher than these, will you help me chose my best six Pokemon out of the eight for a team basis.

This team is built around my favouriets. I recently traded a Feraligatr with a fella I know so that has replaced my level 91 Gyrados, much to my delight.

Also, listen to the advice ShadowGX has to say, it helped me get where I am, you wont get much better advice off anyone, although, there are many Pokemon masters that give good advice on this site. Anyway, on with the team,

Tyranitar(Lv.93) holding Leftovers
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Flamethrower
Crunch

Dragonite(Lv.97) holding Perism Berry
Outrage
Dragon Claw
Ice Beam
Thunder

Charizard(Lv.100) holding Charcoal
Overheat
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Flamethrower

Mewtwo(Lv.100) holding Leftovers
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Earthquake
Recover

Feraligatr(Lv88) holding Mystic Water
Hydro Pump
Surf
Dragon Claw
Crunch

Aggron(Lv.96) holding Leftovers
Surf
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Solar Beam

Rayquaza(Lv.100) holding Perism Berry
Outrage
Dragon Claw
Extreme Speed
Overheat

Groudon(Lv100) holding Amulet Coin
Solar Beam
Earthquake
Eruption
Flamethrower

Any help or criticism is most welcome, advice on moves, and advice on a choice of six Pokemon to use would be great, plus can anyone out there give my team a rating please, I have worked hard to get where I am, and would like a rating off anyone out there.

Thanks

Jay-Rock

The best thing is that you use your favorites. I use a Scizor not just 'cause of it's very high attack, but also 'cause he's my fav. That's really the most important thing, enjoy your game.

Thanx fur likin' my advice. Sometimes I think I come off too harsh but oh well.

Not bad move sets, love the Charizard. Perfection! You don't want a Charcoal though. I use Lax Incense but since you may not want to do the switch out feature all the time, go with White Herb an' you can use Overheat a second time without the lowered Sp. Attack.

Tyranitar: The only Sp. Attack move he should ever have is Crunch 'cause he's dark type which makes up for his lack of Sp. Attack. Replace Flamethrower and Dragon Claw with Rock Slide an' Iron Tail or Return. I'd go with Return. Leftovers is fine but King's Rock may be a better choice.

Dragonite: For him only one Dragon move is necessary. Either Outrage or Dragon Claw. If you choose Outrage, keep the Perism Berry. If you choose Dragon Claw, do a Rest + Chesto Berry combo. Those are always fun. Ice Beam is fine. Iron Tail maybe too in case of a rock monster or an ice monster.

Mewtwo: One change, EQ. You want Ice Beam or Thunderbolt instead.

Feraligatr: Much better than Gyarados in my opinion. Ice Beam instead of Crunch an' EQ instead of Dragon Claw.

Aggron: Not a good one here. EQ is the only one that gets to stay. Rock Slide, Return and Iron Tail. He's for physical beatings. King's Rock fur him!

Rayquaza: Well now, ES and DC are good. Outrage bad. Pretty much the same dealy with the Dragonite, 'cept do the opposite moves on him. Two dragons isn't really a good idea, but you can make these two work together. Give Ray Aerial Ace too. Not Overheat. Mine has Flamethrower. Only use Overheat with a White Herb.

Groudon: I personally don't like the whole Solarbeam thing. His Sp. Attack for one isn't very high an' that trick last maybe 3 turns, then it sucks in sunlight. I'd go with Return.

If your monsters don't like you a lot 'cause of mass trading to other games, don't do Return. Make them hat you an' do Frustration.
