Question for Pokemon FireRed
How exactly do I get a vileplume. I went through a lot to get an oddish as I started off with Pokemon leaf green and now I swear my gloom is against me. I''ve trained it from scratch and now I have two - one level 50 and one level 55.
I tried to evolve it using a grass stone but that failed and then I tried trading them but that didn't work either, so does any one know how to evolve gloom into vileplume?

Evolve the Gloom with a Leaf Stone. Not by Trade. Maybe you have a mean glitch 'cause that's how ya do it.

There is no such thing as a "grass stone" but you have to use a leaf stone on your gloom.
