Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hi my brother said if you lose to the elite 4 on purpose (after you beat them at least more than 20 times and have the national pokedex).

Go to Prof.Oak and he will fight you and if you win he will give you Celebi or give you a ticket to go to an island only once... and you will find Celebi there waiting for you.

Plese tell me if it's true bye !

That is not tue I have the national dex and I beat the Pokemon league over 100 times(I know this because I look at my record on my pc).

Your brother lied you, you get national dex when you have 60 pokemons caught and you don't battle prof.Oak or get something from him.
I read this cheat somewhere and I tried it but after that......I started my game over!
