On the outside of Dotted Hole it looks like a big rock with a door and a lake round the back of it, on the inside it looks like a cave but with holes that take you to different rooms. To get in there use Cut on the door. But if the scientist is in the way go to 4 island and help Lorelei in Icefall Cave defeat Team Rocket. Then the scientist would have moved.

This is the onliest place where you get Sapphire Plate, use Cut in the door then go inside, you find the way by yourself then...
