Question for Pokemon FireRed

Hi there
I am new to supercheats and I would like to know if my team is good enough to beat the elite 4 if not can you tell my what is wrong thanks
My team
Pigeot lv 40
Wing attack
Fly
Gust (going to get rid of that any ideas)
Quick attack

Pesonaly your team is good but you need to train Pokemon up a to a least lv.60 to even stand a chance. Charizzard

No. You need to be stronger. Get at least to level 60 and it will be a sinch to woop them. Try not to use diglett at least Evolve him before trying.

No way. The Elite 4 Pokemon are from 50 to 65 at least raise them to 60 to 70..

Well you need to level your Pokemon up to about 50+

On pidgeot get rid of wing attack and put iron wing ,evolove warturtle into a blastouise,then teach lapras ice beam,and blizzard,charzard fire blast ,and for goodness saks raise there level.
