Hi !!

I was wondering where about in ice cave do you find lapras??
Is it when your surfing, fishing or just walking about??

Navigate through the slippery ice. Then go around the back to where you beat the Rockets. Surf around there for Lapras, but be warned, it's really rare. Took me about a half hour to find one.

You need to Surf but it is very hard to find and catch!

I believe you find it by either walking or surfing. Definitely not by fishing.

I hope you get your Lapras.
