Well you catch Larvitar on Island seven, then Evolve it into Pupitar at lv.30 and finally evolve Pupitar into Tyranitar at lv. 55.

Oh thats easy , heres what you do. Go to the Seven Island ,go south until you reach a patch of grass where there are a bunch of trainers, keep traveling until you reach a cave. Go to the entrance of the cave it should be surrounded by a square patch of grass. Search in the grass and you will find a larvitar. Train it until it reaches the tyranitar level .

Evolve Pupitar at level 55. Pupitar evolves from Larvitar (found in the Sevault Canyon) at level 30.

Evolve Larvitar into Pupitar then into Tyranitar. Get Larvitar on Seven Island near the Tanoby Ruins.

You must Evolve it. It's evolution goes like this: Lavitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar.
