Sevault Canyon on Island 7. There are a few, search in the grass, it evolves at level 30 into Pupitar and at level 55 into Tyranitar, a Pokemon well worth having on your team!

Go to island 7 and go down and you well see grass avoid it just go to the highest spot of grass you can see and look for a while.

You can find him on Seven Island, he is quite common there but I don't think you can find him anywhere else
