Well all you need to do is in the Icefall Cave at the right you should see a pokeball so all you need to do is get it it is a hm called Waterfall teach it.
At the front you should of seen a Waterfall so ride up it with the hm waterfall then go down the ladders and in the cave behind the ladders and lorelli will be there.
You have to battle and she will talk to you and she will go back to the Elite Four then you can battle her as many times as you want.
