How can i turn off the Walk Through Walls Code?

Hi.
I was just playing a bit Pokemon FireRed and turned On the code for Walk through the Walls just for fun, but then when I've removed it, the code wasn't disabled and it still works, and I don't want to permanently have it activated :( ..
Is there a way to turn it off?
