First play through stuck already
It's my first time playing fireRed and I'm already stuck in one place. I don't know how to get pokeballs or get past the old man who wants his coffee. I tried going on the Pokemon league route to find something and I end up embarrassing myself because I end up just going in circles. Can someone help me actually get through in this game?

I haven't played in a long time but I remember you need to go do ßomething for proffers or oak I belrive you deliver a package to him that you get from the mart so go back to first town after the poke mart
