If you have every hm or have beaten the game or have entered the Pokemon leage please read.
Where in the world do I find the hm STRENGTH...

Simple. In the place near the SecretHouse in the Safari Zone (Fuschia City) you will find an item called Gold Teeth, these belong to the safari warden, his house is below the safari and right of the Pokemon centre. Return his teeth to him and he will give you Strength. Then if you move that rock in his house, you get a Rare Candy!

Recover the Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone northwest and give them to the Warden at his house in the southern part of Fuchsia.

To find Hm.04 (Strength), you must find the Golden Teeth in the Safari Zone. When you have returned to Fuschia City, find the game warden's house (southeast portion of the city) and give him the teeth. He will thank you and give you strength. After that, you can get a Rare Candy from behind the large boulder.

You get HM04 (Strength) by giving the Fuchsia Warden his teeth (which can be found in the Safari Zone near the Secret House where you get HM03 (Surf))
