How can you get a mist stone without using seafoam islands

Because I don't want to have to get every item and then check every tile, but I do want a charcoalt

I've done a lot of research on Mist Stones and PokeGods, and I can honestly say I don't think any of them are possible to get.

There are numerous rumors on how to get Mist Stones, yet none have been proven. If you do research, you'll see people say that a Cheat Code exists for them, but you won't be able to find one.

PokeGods are fake Pokemon; nothing more than imagination from Pokemon Fans. Some known "PokeGods", however, can be Glitch Pokemon accessible by Cheating.

Sadly, Charcoalt doesn't exist. However, you can Mega Evolve Charizard in the newest Pokemon Games (Pokemon X & Pokemon Y).

The videos of people getting mist stones or charcoalts are rom hacks, and not real. If you read the descriptions of these videos, they will say they are rom hacks.
