I have an android phone and use the my boy emulator the codebrea
Whenever I try to press start to see if the cheat that gives me a Pokemon worked it always freeze's the game I would very much apreciate it if someone could help me out.

Try using a different code and see if that does anything. If it doesn't, I would suggest using a different Emulator Program.
