How Do I Reset or Reduce EVs of a Pokemon?
Im Playing a hack of fire red but it uses the same codes as the ones in fire red. I have a lvl 80 victini in the game and it sadly had a really high attack stat and the other stats sucked. I wanted to know if there was any cheat code for fire red that can reduce or reset his EVs so I can raise the Evs in other stats to even him out. I am using gpSPone v8.3.2 if that helps. Im also playing it on an iPhone. Thanks in advance.

I've done a lot of research, but I'm coming up with nothing. I don't think such a code exists.
