Question for Pokemon FireRed

I recently borrowed a AR from my friend and I acessesed the birth islands I moved the triangle so it is red and 1 square and the deoxys don't apear what am I supposed to do! Plz awnser me my email is [email protected]

It means you shouldn't enter codes in the first place. They mess up you're game.
