Question for Pokemon FireRed

Is there really a way of geting Deoxys and Jiriachi without using the gameshark, action replay and stuff like that? If there is please let me know a.s.a.p.

To get Deoxys you must do Mystery Event. Both games must be able to go to islands 1-7. After doing Mystery Event go to the top floor of any Pokemon Center and there will be a man with a green hat. Talk to him and he will give you the Aurora ticket with this you can take the ferry to Island 9.
To get Jirachi you must Trade it from Ruby or Sapphire. To get it onto Ruby or Sapphire you transfer it from Pokemon Channel. To do that you must have a GBA-GC cable.

Jirachi? No unless you Trade with Pokemon colesseum or Ruby/Sappire. Deoxys? Well you need AR or Nintendo game event(they don't sell them anymore). You get the Aura ticket and go to Birth Island or somithing. I've also been hearing 2 rumors.1: Beat the Elite Four 3 times, then someone gives it to you(Sooooooo fake ).2: have you and a friend type in "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" at a Kanto pokemart then save turn it off then on you'll see Mystery Gift you and your friend. Then hook on the Wireless adapter it takes 'bout 2 hours then you trade gifts and open it. If you're lucky you get aoura ticket.
