Not sure if this is true, but it is common belief that the SS.Anne returns after 100 hours , or 100 hours after it leaves, not sure. This may infact be true, I haven't played the game for that long, then also a rumour, you can Surf to catch Mew, like I said, common belief and I'm not quite sure.
