How do I get the Hm's dive and waterfall?
PS: what is the best team for beating the Pokemon league for the first time?
PPS:what levels do the Pokemon need to be?

You can only get dive by cheat because there is no use for it (you don't really need it on FR)
You'll need about all Lv60 or higher to beat the Pokemon league for sure
1.dragon type 1.ice type 1.psycic typ 1.electric type 1.grass type and 1.fire type

First you can't get the hm dive
You don't need it in the game
Second all your Pokemon need to be at least lv 55.
