Question for Pokemon FireRed

I am having trouble beating the elite four on the second time because my Pokemon are weak. Can anyone tell me what to do in this situation. My strongest Pokemon are mewtwo L.71 and Blastoise L.69. Which Pokemon should I add and does anyone know how to level up quicker than usual. How do I get the legendary dogs. Cheat (I can't submit) To get togepi, go to five island and go to the middle of Water Labyrinth and go left till you reach an island. Talk to the man there and he will give you an egg. Hatch it and it will be a togepi. P.S. Togepi evolves into a Togetic at level 21 I think.

Well first continue to raise your Pokemon, it may be tough but you need it, your Pokemon may last longer if you buy more items. Keep a balanced team, it will help you.
The legendary dog you get depends on what you started with (Squirtle= Raikou, Charmander=Suicune and Bulbasaur=Entei which is also there weakness.)
It will show up randomly and will continue to move places very often.
Finally Togepi does not neccessarily Evolve at that level, it evolves when it's happiness is full, that can be any level, it depends how nice you are to it.

Well if you don't mind catching a few Pokemon I can help. First go to the Safari Zone and catch a chansey. It sould be holding a lucky egg. Have whatever Pokemon you want to get up faster hold it. Then if will get extra EXP.
hope I helped. I would also get like a Dragonite or something. I know I have one at lv.100
