I accidentally sold my Metal Coat. Is there any way to get another one without trading?

Possibly, in Ruby Magnemite and Magneton's can be holding them when you catch them, but not always, it can be quite rare sometimes, it should be the same with Fire Red.
Magnemite and Magneton can be found in the Power Plant

Well you can get another metal coat by beating one of the Trainer Tower levels but I forgot which one.
In Trainer Tower you can get a metal coat, dragon scale, up-grade and something else

In Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire the Beldum that Steven gives you is holding a metal coat I think.
