How do I get out of Vermilion, Saffron, and Cerulean City without fly or cut?

With out a game shark you're pretty much stuck there from what I know so you have 2 get Cut from vermilion then go 2 cerulion & go east from there go 2 rock tunel (using Flash from pros oak aid near veridian city walking under in diglets cave)& you will come out in Lavender Town which you will be able 2 get 2 celodon city from there
Tho this is so much fun & better if you was doing this on r/b/y with a Pokemon stadium 2, no cheats required lol
