For metal coat go to 5 island and Surf east from the Rocket Hideout and you will battle three bird trainer bros. After that go down and you will get to a memorial talk to the kid and he will tell you about his onix that died and he will give you a metal coat saying he doesnt need it anymore. For your team I give it a 7-10 you could get higher levels.
