Question for Pokemon FireRed

Okay I went to the place to find a Lavitar and I couldn't find one however I did encounter a skarmory,cubone and a marowak so many thanks for people who told me that location. I will keep searching this area as many of you have told me a Lavitar is there but just very rare to find. So thanks for people who said this.

Otherwise I have this question that needs answering Fast!!!

How many times do I need to do the battle tower on severn island in order to get a metal coat as I heard you are given one there if you beat it a certain ammount of time?

Oh and for people who asked what four strong Pokemon I had here they are:

Mewtwo lv 77
Blastoise lv 82
Zapdos lv 63
Dragonite lv 55 (raising with exp share)
Steelix lv 46 (will raise after dragonite becomes stronger)
Tropicus Lv 32 I think (will raise when Steelix is stronger)

Will deposit Tropicus if I encounter Lavitar

What do you think of that!!!!

Just ry to beat it in every mode. I got the metal coat on my first go and I forgot I had my gameboy on for twenty minutes anyway! Just try to beat it in less than 1 hour.
If you want to find larvitar then look in the Sevault Canyon on Seven Island or near the Dotted Hole on Six Island(I don't remember but I'm sure it was on seven island).

You don't have to battle someone. I don't know who told you that but they are wrong. You go to the Memmorial Pillair and push A on the stack of stones.

You don't have to do battle tower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just go to Celedon City and go to the roof and buy a lemonade and when you do go to where the onix is burried, the push A where the stack of stones are and the owner of the dead onix will give you a metal coat.

I promise it works, just try it.
