Hey.... I just wanna know where I can get or find the nationaldex becouse I need it to catch suicune.....

You can obtain the national dex if you meet the following two conditions:
1) Defeated the Pokemon league.
2) Have a Pokedex rate of AT LEAST 60. (you know the number after the word pokedex if you save)
If you meet these conditions, go to Pallet Town and talk to professor oak. He will give you the national dex!
