I am sorry to burst your bubble mate but the Lost Cave to me is impossible no matter what you try to do.This is the same to Tanoby Ruins as all you can catch are unknowns

After you go down the ladder, head right, up, down, down, right, left, down, right, and up. You'll then face Sophie.
