Question for Pokemon FireRed

I'm playing FR on Visual Boy Advance emulator and I can't load my game after I beat the Pokemon League. After the movie it says ''The 1M sub-circuit board is not installed.'' and starts a new game.I really want to play further because I read in walkthroughs continuation and like it.Also I can't save in the game.It says ''Save error. Please exchange the backup memory.''. What is the problem? Please answer.

Dude I feel ya, but I know the answer to this one like the back of my hand. Your memory chip in the game has been damage by something, because my cousin's Pokemon silver has the same problem. The reason for my cousin's game is, because he drop it one to many times. I think your emulator thing could have damage your chip.

The Visual Boy Advance can get like that sometimes. Happened to me also. Try not to use it.
