It's only for some specific codes to apply the codes some codes does not work without the master codes there are many master codes....I hope I helped!

I believe this is for More cheats accessories. I am not sure tho. I am telling the answer from Google. Most videos I see people using master codes for more cheat codes accessories. Well I don't know if this is the answer.
