Only in Pokemon Emerald, Catch 2 Pikachu(1male & 1Female)Give the Female a
Light ball to hold and put them both in the daycare west of Mauville. Later the old
Man will give you an egg that will hatch into a pichu with Volt Tackle!! It is an electric-type Double Edge that ROCKS!! Getting the Light Ball isn't easy.
You have to catch Pikachus until you get one.

Pichu, and of course it can keep it as it evolves, so Pikachu and Raichu as well.

Only Pikachu, but only in Emerald and you get in it the same place and the same way. Your friendship has to be high and in island 2 Cape Brink

Pikachu OF course, but it does not come in a TM, you'd need too get a Light ball, give it to a Pikachu, put two (opposite genders) Pikachu in the Day-Care, wait, and get an egg. When it hatches, it's a Pichu with Volt Tackle as a move! Congratulations! It's your choice to Evolve it. And NO, Volt Takle is NOT fake!
