Where do you find strength I have looked everywhere and could not find it I really need to know so I can get to the Elite 4?!?!?!

Find the Gold Teeth in the Safari Zone and give them to the warden at his house.

Retrive the Wardens Gold Teeth from the Safari Zone in Fuschia City. Now look around the houses in Fuschia City until you find the Warden. Give him his Gold Teeth and he will give you Strength as a reward.

You must find the Golden Teeth in the Safari Zone.Enter the Safari Zone with One Pokemon that can Surf. Get a Pokemon with surf and go to the lake in the first area. Then go into the area that's up. Then surf through the small lake you see on the left. Then go down to the next area. You'll find the Golden Teeth there. Then escape and give it to the warden in the southeast area of Fuschia city and TA-DA! Strength HM.

Go to the warden's house in Fuisha city. Talk to him and he should give you Strength.
