Hello Can somebody tell me how to get these rare pokemon 1 Lugia..

1. You get Lugia by going to navel rock by getting an nintendo event or using codes.

2. You can't get jirachi in this game either Trade it from pokemon collseum, or pokemon Ruby and Sapphire.

3. You can get Dexoys by going to Birth Island by an nintendo event or by codes.

4. Getting the 3 lengdary dogs depend on your Starter balbasaur-enti, squrttle-riakou, Charmander-Suicune.

5. You cannot get Mew in this game, the only way is by codes, you can only get Mewtwo.

6. You can get this pokemon by trading it from pokemon colloseum or by codes.

4. They can be found randomly in Kanto. The dog you find in the wild depends on what Starter Pokemon you chose.

5. In Pokemon Emerald, you must use the Mystic Ticket to get to a special island. From there, Trade it over.

6. I think you can get this through Navel Rock.
