Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have been trying to get an Umbreon for the pass couple of days, but Eevee keeps trying to evolve into Espeon. I tried evoling him at night, (in my game) in ruby, but it doesn't work. The clock is right so don't say the clock is wrong.

(For nintendo_dude, he is trying to get an UMBREON not a VAPOREON!!! so stop saying use a water stone!)
You should Evolve him between 12 pm until 12 am.

P.S. WATER STONE=VAPOREON
THUNDER STONE=JOLTEON
FIRE STONE=FLAREON
I got them all because I tried to breed my evee so I have 5 evees and evolved every single one of those.

Yes you're right it is not the clock It's because it is hard to tell time in pokemon so keep trying to Evolve it maybe you will get an Umbreon.

It is now different because its ina different game so in Ruby or Sapphire its the opposite to GSC so all you hav to do is train your eevee with happiness at morning and you will get a umbreon its weird because the times changed but still it works 100%

Try to Evolve it once every hour. If it tries to evolve into espeon, stop it before it is complete. After a couple of hours (or more) it should try to evolve into Umbreon.
