What do you do after you beat the elite four?

Why can't I go into the cave at mistys town?

Can you only catch dunsparce at the end of the tunnel on three isand?

1. Talk to Celio on One Island, and get the Ruby, then Saphire Gems.

2. After giving Celio the gems, you can go into that cave.

3. Dunsparce is at least the only new pokemon, possilbly only.

1. After you beat the Elite Four, you need to have 60 or more pokemon and show your Pokedex to prof.Oak and he'll give you the National Pokedex and go to One Island and talk to Celio, he will ask you to find the Ruby and Sapphire plate, if you found them and gave them to Celio, you can now Trade pokemon from F/R to R/S.

2. You first need to beat the Elite Four and give Celio the Ruby and Sapphire plate and then you can go to Cerulean Cave.

3.Yes, it's the only place you can find him.

About the cave in Cerulean City... you can only go in there after defeating the Elite Four. A level 70 Mewtwo awaits you in there.

1.Go to the Sevii Islands and catch Mewtwo.
2.Give the Ruby and Sapphire to Celio to get in.
3.You need to have beaten the rest of the game to do so.
