Question for Pokemon FireRed

Ok guys, I haven't played FIRE RED for a while, and decided to start a new game. Stupidly I decided to give all my strong pokemon to my RUBY game. Now I want them back. I know you need to do a mission to trade with RUBY but thats on one of the seven islands. I've only unlocked 3 AND I CANT REMEMBER HOW TO GET ONTO THE SEVEN ISLANDS! I kinda speeded up my game with an ACTION REPLAY thingie so I reckon I might have missed something. Can someone pleasepleaseplease tell me EVERYTHING you need to do to get there! I'm all out of ideas.

To get to the other island first you need to beat the E4 and ave 60 different pokemon, after that you will get the National Pokedex then go to One Island talk to bills friend then get the Ruby from mt ember and give it to him and you will be able to go to the other 4 islands.

You need to beat the elite 4 first then go to the pokemon centre and talk to the dude next to the trading machine and then he will tell you to get the sappire and the Ruby. He will give you a pass to do so

Well, beat the Elite Four, catch 60 types of Pokemon, then talk to Professor Oak. He'll give you the National Dex. Then go to One Island and talk to Celio. He'll ask you to do something for him. Go up to Mt. Ember, and turn right when you see the guy that wants to teach you explosion. Beat the rockets, get through the cave, and get the Ruby. Then give it to Celio. You should have access to the rest of the Islands now.

The second set of Islands can be reached after you have defeated the
Elite Four, obtained the Ruby from Island 1 and received the National
Dex from Professor Oak (capture sixty Pokemon).

To get to Island four beat the Elite Four and have 60 different types of pokemon in your party. Try evolving pokemon if you can't find enough.
